Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and custom apps to digitize business processes.\
  • Build interactive data-driven dashboards and analytics solutions for informed decision-making.\
  • Create AI-powered productivity agents, insights platforms, and self-service use cases.\
  • Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision support and automation.\
  • Implement workflow orchestration to connect workplace systems for a seamless employee experience.\
  • Identify and assess new use cases within our organization, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 7+ years in Digital Workplace or Automation/AI Solutions development with a proven track record of building automation solutions and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.\
    • Strong understanding of collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.\
    • Candidate should have knowledge and working experience on listed core technical skillset:

      • Automation & AI: Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, infrastructure automation, workflow orchestration patterns.\
      • Monitoring: Digital Experience Monitoring tools for endpoint telemetry and user experience metrics.\
      • AI/Assistive Technologies: Copilot integrations, AI agent enablement, incorporation of generative AI functionality.\
      • Scripting and Automation Framework: PowerShell scripting, Git/GitHub for source control.\
      • Observability & Analytics: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Monitor.\
      • Cloud & Infrastructure: Core understanding of cloud platforms (Azure required), hybrid connectivity patterns, virtual desktop infrastructure.
