We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey.

We are a science-backed beauty destination expanding into cosmetic product development. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation, ingredient testing, and product research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and development of new cosmetic products (haircare, skincare, etc.).
  • Work with senior team members to analyze ingredients, evaluate safety, and study efficacy.
  • Conduct lab-scale trials and stability tests for product formulations.
  • Document findings, prepare reports, and contribute ideas for innovation.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to align formulations with client needs and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
  • Strong interest in cosmetics and personal care product development.
  • Knowledge of formulation techniques, raw materials, and safety regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in experimenting and documenting results.
