The role of Clinical Research Executive is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement trial protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
2) Identify, evaluate, and establish trial sites, conducting regular site visits to ensure proper conduct and reporting of trial data.
3) Provide training to site staff on therapeutic areas, protocol requirements, and case report form completion, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
4) Liaise with ethics committees to ensure the rights, safety, and well-being of trial subjects are protected and respected.
5) Manage and track IP and trial materials, ensuring their secure storage and distribution according to protocol.
6) Oversee IP dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation, maintaining accurate records and reports.
7) Protect subject confidentiality, updating their information, and verifying that IP has been dispensed and administered according to protocol.
8) Conduct regular project meetings and write visit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
