Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing intermediate level tasks and activities related to the business process they are aligned with.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining professional and productive relations with internal customers, following standard procedures, introducing new procedures into daily routine, meeting or exceeding individual productivity requirements, resolving problem invoices with high urgency, returning or resolving quality control issues in problem queues, generating reports and creating MIS for the related role if advised.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, with 6 months prior relevant experience in the field of Audit, Accounts or Finance. Experience on similar processes will have an additional advantage.
