Job Title: Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems Specialist

About the Role:

The Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems Specialist provides daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient time tracking and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of ERP experience in timekeeping and scheduling system support.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems).
  • Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
