ERP Implementation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished ERP Functional Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led at least two full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support, ensuring seamless adoption of ERP functionalities across multiple industries.
  • Collaborated with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDDs), driving process improvements and best practices.
  • Configured, tested, and deployed Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, guaranteeing optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborated with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Provided post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and SLA-based ticket handling, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Managed UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducted end-user training and ensured effective adoption of ERP functionalities, empowering employees to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Experienced in multi-country/global ERP deployments, including multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates, showcasing technical expertise and creativity.
  • Ensured adherence to ERP project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and industry best practices, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
