Facilities Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints effectively by distributing them to the appropriate CAM frontend teams for quick resolution.
  • Arrange customer appointments for issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Process and track all CAM-related expenses across project sites, maintaining accurate records and ensuring transparency.
  • Evaluate and resolve CAM/WAP queries efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation and hygiene standards, adhering to established protocols.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • High integrity, commitment, and honesty in work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
