Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their business processes and improve efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct workshops to understand business requirements and gather information. You will then use this knowledge to set up and configure Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring that it meets the specific needs of each client.

You will also identify differences between standard system functionality and client requirements, develop functional design documents (FDDs) to outline system configurations and customizations, and collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and tools.

In addition, you will conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that configurations meet requirements and are error-free. You will also provide user training and go-live support on system functionality and best practices, as well as ongoing support to users and resolve any issues that arise.

Key skills required for this role include deep knowledge of the D365 Operations modules, including Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management, as well as hands-on experience with implementing Dynamics F&O as a Functional consultant. You should also have good experience working on D365 F&O Supply Chain modules - Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management, Warehouse Management.

A minimum of 5 years' experience is required, with proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and understanding of various business processes. Experience upgrading NAV to Dynamics F&O and upgrading Dynamics F&O to a higher version is also highly desirable.
