Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with cleaning contractors on our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractor partner bandwidth to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve customer escalations by collaborating with contractors.
  • Schedule and reschedule site visits for inspections as required.
  • Finalize and document agreed service costs in consultation with service partners.
  • Allocate Customer Success Managers and handover of service activities to the Order Execution team.
  • Ensure delegated customers' queries/concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain timely completion of all service activities within committed timelines, budget, and quality through regular follow-up checks with customers/partners.
  • Determine fixes/redoing a job and follow up with partners to execute the task.
  • Approve partner payouts post service completion.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from any institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the cleaning or interiors category.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask with prior experience working on CRM tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with basic negotiation and operations skills.
