We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our team.

Bangalore, India

Job Description:

As a Senior Field Applications Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and support to customers, empowering them on designing and deploying our technologies into their products.

You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a field application engineering or customer-facing technical role.
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in designing or supporting complex SoCs, from architecture definition to tape-out.
  • Understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
