About the Role

We are looking for an experienced cloud computing consultant with at least 6 years of expertise and proven experience in implementing Financial Services Cloud solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing FSC features to meet business needs in wealth management, banking, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of cloud computing experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with cloud integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of cloud security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Cloud FSC Certification or Cloud Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
