Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and update Operational Risk Limits in the tool, tracking persistent amber and red metrics, and overseeing data flow into governance forums.
  • Support regional and legal entity governance requirements, including APAC, UK, and EB Governance submissions, which involve preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and tracking action points.
  • Manage Policy and Procedure documents for LoB Markets in Athena, including periodic refresh, new documents, retirements, and off-cycle updates.
  • Assist with Risk and Controls-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in banking or a related industry environment.
  • Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Controls.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Tools and applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks as required.
