Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our organization's AI/ML agenda, leveraging their expertise in analytical solutions and business strategy. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership to elevate organizational understanding of AI/ML capabilities and strategize business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional heads to address business challenges through AI & Analytics solutions, driving strategic initiatives end-to-end.
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Define and scale AI/ML agenda at Max Life through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategies through storytelling and insights presentation to top leaders.
  • Build and manage external relationships for innovative approaches and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring.
  • Lead a team of next-generation business problem solvers with strong solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation culture.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields (mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics) from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and project governance abilities.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.
  • Experience with Python, R, Spark, and other open-source tools.
  • Cloud-based frameworks and services expertise around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.
