Advanced Graph Computing Engineer

We're seeking an experienced expert to lead the development of our graph-based data intelligence platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll design and implement advanced distributed graph computing solutions for large-scale entity resolution and network generation.

Entity Resolution Service

Develop innovative algorithms capable of processing billions of records in real-time, utilizing Apache Spark for efficient distributed processing. Implement blocking strategies, such as LSH and canopy clustering, optimized for performance at scale. Develop fuzzy matching algorithms leveraging Elasticsearch's capabilities and create ML-enhanced matching with explainable AI for match decisions.

Implement incremental resolution supporting both real-time and batch modes, designing APIs for entity lookup with sub-100ms latency requirements.

Network Generation Service

Architect and implement distributed graph generation pipelines using Graph X/Graph Frames. Design and develop graph analytics algorithms, including Page Rank, community detection, and centrality measures. Store multi-billion edge graphs efficiently in Parquet or distributed file systems, optimizing graph partitioning to minimize shuffle and maximize locality.

Build temporal graph support for time-evolving networks and create high-performance graph serving APIs with complex query capabilities.

AI Model Development

Design and develop Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to analyze corporate and transaction networks, detecting fraud rings and risk patterns. Implement entity resolution algorithms for fuzzy matching, semantic matching, and clustering to unify entities across heterogeneous data sources.

Create composite risk scoring models combining rule-based, supervised, and unsupervised methods for generating accurate risk scores in real-time and large data processing environments.

Explainable AI

Ensure transparency by integrating SHAP, LIME, and GNNExplainer to provide clear explanations for model predictions. Embed ethical principles into every stage of development to ensure fairness and bias-free models.

Cross-Service Responsibilities

Ensure seamless integration between entity resolution and network generation services. Design data lineage tracking across both services and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability.

Contribute to API design and service contracts, optimizing for 10x scale growth and scalability.
