Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for building and deploying intelligent systems that drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with research teams to prepare high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Implement and execute end-to-end model training workflows, including hyperparameter tuning and optimization.
  • Conduct rigorous performance evaluations of models against industry-standard benchmark datasets.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data preprocessing, feature extraction, and dataset versioning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python, with expertise in popular libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with data wrangling, large dataset preparation, and cloud-based data storage solutions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with ML researchers on experimental workflows and model development.
  • Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
