Our client is a leading health plan in the US, providing services in Florida state.

We are seeking an experienced Health Claims Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in health claims operations and strong domain knowledge.

The role involves supervising processes and teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, including distribution of work, calculation of productivity and quality results, and review of audit appeals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production goals and reporting results to higher-level leadership.

Additionally, the role includes assisting teams with escalated claims processing issues.

The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am IST, with flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements.
