Job Summary

This role involves performing moderately complex activities, including processing journal entries and intercompany transactions, completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities, performing fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities, tax accounting, cost and profit center allocation, bank accounting and bank reconciliations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and monitoring foreign exchange exposures for selected units, communicating information regarding foreign exchange risks with key collaborators, and partnering to establish risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies.

This position requires a graduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, minimum 7 years of experience in accounting/finance operation with good expertise in RTR, Intercompany and related processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with multiple projects and groups at the same time with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Process Journal Entries and Intercompany Transactions
  • Complete Monthly and Quarterly General Ledger Close Activities
  • Perform Fixed Asset Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Reporting Activities
  • Calculate and Monitor Foreign Exchange Exposures
  • Communicate Information Regarding Foreign Exchange Risks
  • Partner to Establish Risk Management Procedures and Processes
  • Maintain Operational Compliance with Financial Transaction Recording Standards
  • Promote Positive Relationship with Customers, Clients, and Other Business Partners
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Accounting/Finance Operation
  • Good Expertise in RTR, Intercompany, and Related Processes
  • Able to Work Independently with Multiple Projects and Groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced Knowledge of Excel Preferred)
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
