Accounting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Accounting Operations Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, while also providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying transactional data processed by the finance team with standard operating procedures.
  • Preparing and distributing periodic financial reports.
  • Coordinating internal branch transfers as per business requirements.
  • Conducting audits of supply chain processes, including freight, sales/purchase orders, and local purchases.
  • Validating document uploads in our system with standard procedures.
  • Serving as liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Providing information and assistance to inventory and warehouse personnel to facilitate expeditious processing of damaged merchandise.
  • Performing additional duties as required or requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in international ITES, with a specialization in order management preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills, with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels, with minimal supervision.
