Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing design elements, including social media graphics, website design assets, podcast artwork, and YouTube thumbnails.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You must be able to apply intelligent, creative thinking to various mediums and ensure that our digital creative product remains at the leading edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality research to determine different design approaches
  • Create eye-catching podcast design assets, social media assets, and website banners
  • Use design principles to maximize effectiveness
  • Propose creative design concepts as opportunities arise
  • Revise, edit, and improve any design materials
  • Prepare work by gathering necessary information and materials
  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Complete projects by coordinating with the production team, producers, and project managers
  • Have outstanding attention to detail and keen eye for razor-sharp design
  • Offline design as required
  • Good appreciation of clean, simple, image-rich, usable interfaces
  • Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up-to-date with digital innovations and competitors
  • Ensure all touchpoints are protected and in line with the creative vision
  • Be aware and have interest in all areas of design across digital marketing, podcasting, social media, etc.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in agency, design studio, or production companies
  • Proficiency in all software for Design
  • Expertise in Motion Design is an added advantage
  • Expertise in Content Production & Creation is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools/software
  • Strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples
  • Experience in podcast production industry or digital marketing companies is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Job Type:

  • Full-time, 40-hours per week
