Lead UI Developer Position

As a key member of our front-end team, you will spearhead the development of high-performance web applications using React.js. You will work closely with designers and engineers to ensure seamless API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding best practices.
  • Architect and implement reusable UI components and libraries in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features.
  • Participate in technical decision-making and front-end architecture, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring high code quality and conventions are followed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React.js and state management tools (Redux or Context API).
  • Strong command of modern UI technologies: React Hooks, REST APIs, responsive/adaptive design, cross-browser compatibility.
  • Extensive experience with tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Should have implemented one AI-based application using LLM's.
  • Have knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+
