Lead Architect Position

Urban Frame is a knowledge-based design practice in Bengaluru, engaged in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning.

Our portfolio includes Commercial + Offices, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed-Use, Sports Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Urban Planning & Design.

We are seeking a Lead Architect to be a part of our dynamic studio.

Experience – 10 to 15 Years

Location – Bengaluru

Job Description:

  • Lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover
  • Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings
  • Ensure project alignment with client design goals and strive for excellence in design
  • Collaborate with team members, digital designers, and stakeholders to initiate design concepts and develop them to detailed levels
  • Lead communication between project teams, clients, PMC, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure all work meets client requirements, delivering high-quality and timely products
  • Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues during projects
  • Provide design and technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve challenges
  • Undertake detailed design work on projects and ensure designs are validated
  • Conduct periodic meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate architectural needs and requirements
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
