Job Title: Production Manager
Are you an experienced production leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong background in industrial machinery manufacturing?
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our end-to-end production operations.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing production activities, including CNC machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations. You will develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Lead and manage production teams to achieve production targets.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing and six sigma initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards, precision tolerances, and rigorous testing methods.
  • Monitor machinery performance, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime.
  • Enforce health, safety & environmental standards across the plant.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers, operators, and technical staff to achieve production targets.
\ComponentRequired Skills and Qualifications:\Component
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (master's preferred).
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/PMP is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in production management within industrial machinery or heavy engineering industry.
