Lead Design Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned design leader to drive our India-based team towards excellence in digital experience and marketing. This role involves leading the scale of our design operation from India, ensuring best-in-class outcomes for clients globally.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant industry experience and 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 50+ designers. A background in the agency world or running large-scale teams for startups and organizations is essential.

A key responsibility will be to evolve our service offerings and value propositions to meet client needs, while driving design quality, craft, and practice. The successful candidate will also provide strategic design thought leadership to the organization, publishing and speaking at internal and external events.

In addition, they will guide and direct strategy, approach, and concept creation for proposals, define storyline for pitches and presentations, and deliver engaging and inspiring presentations to clients.

Cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, assessing performance, providing career mentorship, and helping attract top talent to the studios are also critical aspects of this role.

To succeed, the Lead Design Visionary must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great presentation skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite clients. Experience working on developing and launching new growth areas for clients, as well as applying design to areas such as culture change and strategy, is highly desirable.
