Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Dry Utilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our team in the development of dry utilities designs.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned designer to take on a leadership role and drive innovation in dry utilities design.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of dry utilities systems, including water, sewage, and stormwater management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. Electrical/Electronics or equivalent with 3 years experience post qualification.
  • Proven experience in Civil 3D software tool.
  • Strong understanding of Revit software and its applications in dry utilities design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
