About our organization

We are a SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.

Our purpose is to drive business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships, operational excellence and talent acquisition.

This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always on, high impact position.

The role will involve solving complex problems with first-principle thinking, managing key partnerships, supporting HR and org level initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales to maximize revenue through identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.

Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.

Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.

Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR - from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.

Support strategic hiring efforts - from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.

Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.

Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
