Software Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing new features to optimizing existing systems. They will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable code that meets our business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.
  • Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role managing multiple stakeholders or teams.
