**About Prithu Homes**

**Role**: Principal Architect

**Reporting to**: Head of Department

**Responsibilities**:

- They will be heading a team of Project Architects to manage a group of projects
- Will be the key Client Relationship Manager. Should be able to understand the clients requirements and aspirations and mould them into our framework of working.
- Responsible for guiding their team to get the desired outcome timely.
- Understanding and implementing the company's processes and analysing them in terms of improvements and additions.

**Achieving goals defined by his senior/ HOD. Performance target related to**
- Timely completion of the project
- Budget and schedule adherence
- Understanding and following the company processes
- Client satisfaction

**Career growth**
- Based on performance, a Principal Architect can grow to be a City Head,heading the projects for one city or region.
- B. Arch - degree course
- Work experience of 8-10 years
- **Experience in residential architecture and basic understanding of structure and services applicable at residential level are a must**:

- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards will be preferred
- Should have strong imagination and problem solving attitude
- Should be able to work and coordinate with different teams
- Should have strong communication skills and should be good at written communications to put the point across

**Expected joining date**: Immediate

**5 days work from office.**

**Expected salary range**:Rs.11,00,000 per annum

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
