As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company's structured data by designing and implementing robust security measures. This challenging position demands a strong foundation in Azure Cloud Security and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), as well as hands-on experience with containerized platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implementing and managing security controls to protect structured data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Monitoring systems and responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud security and AKS with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing secure solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and database platforms with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, site reliability, and automation scripting with experience in implementing efficient workflows and processes.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and secure architecture reviews with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in SRE roles within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments with experience in managing high-pressure situations and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Prior delivery of secure cloud-native applications or zero-trust controls with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
