Excellence Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and consistency of deliverables across multiple projects. As a quality advocate, you will go beyond executing test cases—you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and support our mission of delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. You must be proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar, and have experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript (based on the framework).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Execute Manual and Automated Test Cases/Scripts
- Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks for Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports, etc.).
- Support deployment activities, including pre- and post-deployment validations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar.
- Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript (based on the framework).
- Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.
- Experience in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
