Job Summary

The Experience Ambassador will be responsible for managing facilities engagement matters, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure defects are addressed and hazardous objects are managed accordingly.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready-to-use condition whenever unoccupied.
  • Liaise with vendors to support office space functionality.
  • Consolidate customer issues and generate monthly reports.
Customer Communications
  • Greet customers personally at the start of each day.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Administration Duties
  • Conduct regular stocktakes for pantry food items.
  • Enforce the clean desk policy.
  • Perform ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Facilities Manager.
