As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential learners with our Admission Counsellors. Your primary objective is to establish meaningful relationships with learners, comprehend their requirements, and facilitate Video Counselling sessions with our team.
The ideal candidate will excel in initiating contact with leads, qualifying them, and cultivating genuine interest in our programs. You will serve as the bridge between our potential learners and Admission Counsellors, ensuring seamless communication and smooth enrolment processes.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with assigned leads, qualifying them through effective communication and active listening, scheduling Video Counselling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of lead interactions. A proven track record of meeting targets, excellent verbal communication skills, and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management are essential for this role.
