Job Overview

This role encompasses managing Auto Loans through various sales channels, including car dealerships, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process of lending auto loans to customers through partnerships with dealerships, direct sales agents, and teams.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, such as car dealers, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams, to expand the loan management network.
  • Monitor and optimize team performance in terms of sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for all involved parties on products, policies, and market changes to ensure a unified understanding.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop promotional strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Ensure the quality of sourced loans and maintain a healthy portfolio by tracking and analyzing data from various channels and teams.
  • Communicate with the credit department to obtain necessary approvals for business decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings, policies, and market trends to stay competitive.
