Software Engineer Position

Babblebots is a technology company that focuses on AI development. We have been working on VoiceAI, documents and intelligent conversations, followed by AI-based assessments.

Our team has created an AI-Agent called an AI-Recruiter, which has evolved into a multi-agent, multi-modal AI platform.

We are located in Mumbai and work in-person from our office at IIT-Bombay (Powai).

In this role, you will:

  • Design scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications.
  • Write efficient and reusable code aligned with current best practices.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards.
  • Experience working with voice applications is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • GenAI stack experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Cloud platforms experience such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Scalability and Performance Optimisation skills.

The interview process includes multiple rounds to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.

Local Mumbai candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.
