We're looking for a high-ownership Fullstack Product Engineer with expertise in AI and cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for building and shipping innovative AI-powered products at a fast pace.

Key Requirements:
  • Product-driven mindset: You have the ability to make tactical decisions quickly and prioritize product outcomes over code implementation.
  • LLM/Langchain experience: You've developed real features or products using Langchain and possess a deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem, having built a serious LLM-integrated application that went live.
  • Agentic Flows: You have successfully implemented agentic flows using LLMs and deployed them.
  • Fullstack excellence: You excel in working seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), without handoffs or silos.
  • Zero-API mentality: You are comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
  • Launched real AI apps: You've taken at least one AI-powered product to market, preferably LLM-based.
  • Ownership mindset: You thrive in unstructured environments, taking ownership of end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive end-to-end product development using Ruby and React.
  • Build and iterate rapidly – days, not weeks.
  • Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
  • Ship high-utility features used by thousands of users.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
