- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis tools
- Ability to hustle and take calculated risks to drive growth initiatives forward
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
