Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Lead to spearhead our engineering initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of leadership skills.
  • You will be responsible for architecting backend applications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring the development team.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end ownership of backend projects using Node.js

  3. Strong grasp of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies
  4. Ability to debug, optimize, and ensure system reliability
  5. Guide modern technology adoption and legacy system migrations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
  7. Mentor junior engineers and support talent growth
