We are seeking an innovative and collaborative individual to join our team in Government and Public Sector Transformation Management. As part of our General Consulting services, you will work alongside business leaders to solve complex problems and capture opportunities.

Our team works with some of the world's largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever-changing environment. We help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will help federal, state, and local government clients solve complex business issues and manage jurisdiction-related risk. You will assess operational and security and data management strategies to enable efficient and effective operations today and tomorrow.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Capture requirements, research, plan, execute, evaluate, and deliver solutions to given problems/projects by clients.
    • Task planning, estimation, and delegation.
    • Design and develop novel ML/DL algorithms to solve real-world problems using AI.
    • Create PoC solutions proving correctness and compliance with acceptance criteria set by stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AI/ML, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Deep Learning, LLMs, Python, Open CV, NLTK, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Fast API/Flask.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML field.
