Job Opportunity: Desktop Publishing Specialist
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in graphic design, document formatting, and digital publishing. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is highly valued.
Strong localization expertise, including proficiency in working with multiple languages, MS Office, and OCR tasks, is essential for this role.
A comfortable work environment must be provided for employees, with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Accurate and efficient formatting of documents using InDesign, MS Word, and other software.
- High-quality output, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in desktop publishing and related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Windows/MAC environment, MS Office, and the Internet.
Work Schedule: 8:30 PM IST - 5:30 AM IST
