Advanced AI/ML Analyst Job
Description:
A seasoned professional is required to excel in the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in translating business requirements into actionable AI/ML models that drive operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize costs across various sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, prioritize, and validate domain requirements for AI/ML use cases related to Exploration and Production (E&P), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and other purposes.
  2. Prepare and cleanse data, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis to inform model development.
  3. Build and maintain robust data pipelines leveraging big data platforms like Spark and Databricks.
  4. Collaborate in the deployment and maintenance of AI/ML models, including automated retraining and governance adherence.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with around 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with some exposure to the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies is essential. Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals is also desired.
