Physiotherapist Role Overview

As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients restore function, reduce pain and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to design individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver tailored physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy as required.
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercises, posture and preventive care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and clinical discussions to enhance professional development.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (new graduates or freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient-centered approach and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
