Job Description

Our company seeks an experienced Financial Operations Lead to oversee and execute financial operations processes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, accounting, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational Record To Report team delivering accounting and financial reporting services.
  • Drive completion of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely submission.
  • Leverage business and accounting principles to review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support internal control environment within finance, mitigating risks and ensuring total compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Partner with the process strategy by closely working with the Record To Report management team, process architects, and regional leadership.
  • Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience in finance operations.
  • Five years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced data analytical skills using financial ratios.
  • Fluent in English with clear, consistent communication.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
