Senior SAP FI Consultant Job Role

We seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key areas of SAP FI, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Banking. The ideal candidate will be part of an Application Managed Services (AMS) team, handling support, enhancements, and bug fixes in SAP FICO modules.

This role demands strong functional knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic support environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP FI modules, including AR, AA, CM, GL, BCM, and Banking.
  • Participate in AMS projects, focusing on enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Maintain and optimize SAP FI configurations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI (AR, AA, CM, GL, BCM, Banking, Concur).
  • A proven track record in AMS projects, including enhancements and bug fixes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI configurations, including new GL, document splitting, parallel accounting, AR customer invoices, credit management, dunning, AA asset master, depreciation, acquisitions, retirements, CM cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliation, BCM payment advices, bank integrations, and Concur integration with SAP.
  • Experience with IDOCs, EDI, and bank interfaces (BAPI, DMEE, payment mediums).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • SAP certification in FI/CO.
  • Knowledge of integration with SD & MM modules.
  • Exposure to BRF+, Fiori, and SAP Analytics.
