Job Title: Hostel Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering services.
  • Maintain updated records of hostel occupancy and monitor infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure hygienic conditions and proper functioning of hostel facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden/Administrator (educational institution preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and responsibility.
