Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Create captivating motion graphics and designs for various mediums including digital, print, and web.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative concepts and layouts based on visual hierarchy and grid systems.
  • Ensure final graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
  • Present ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Work with a range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design technologies.
  • Participate in client meetings and collaborate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Interpret client needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
  • Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure delivery as per scope from the design front.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
