Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global e-commerce brand that operates across multiple countries.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries. They will also assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax, and assist with filing requirements.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
  • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
  • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
  • Streamline financial processes by contributing to automation and system improvements.

Requirements:

  • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
  • 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment.
