Job Title: Pharmaceutical Consultant

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly motivated and experienced consultant with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in life sciences consulting, deep expertise in secondary research methodologies, and a proven ability to lead projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from scoping and design to analysis, synthesis, and final recommendations.
  • Manage project delivery with a focus on quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct and guide in-depth desk research using pharma-specific sources such as prevalence/incidence data, drug pipelines, investor reports, formulary guidelines.
  • Define and implement competitive intelligence and pipeline assessment frameworks.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storyboarding and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with global and onshore teams to understand business context and deliver client-ready outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders handling challenging situations with structured thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
