Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst to join our Identity Governance and Administration team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for onboarding applications, ensuring seamless integration with our IGA system.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboard new applications, ensuring a smooth transition into our IGA system.
  2. Collaborate with application owners to understand their systems and requirements.
  3. Coordinate with internal engineers to develop custom integrations that meet governance best practices and application needs.
  4. Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  5. Work closely with multiple application teams simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Strong understanding of identity mapping, source/target configuration, and custom workflow development.
  • Experience with SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions, including RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and rules, such as build maps, correlation, and identity creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Life Cycle Management, including joiner, leaver, and manager transfer events.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, delimited file, logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
