Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Brahmavarta Group of Companies. As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
    • Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the team.
    • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
    • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Administration:
    • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team's agenda and minutes of meeting.
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
    • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
    • Carry external communication with partners and collaborators.
    • Support other functions as assigned.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management systems (HRMS).
  • Ability to work with ATS software.
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • CIPD certification is an advantage.
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
