HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Brahmavarta Group of Companies. As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the team.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Administration:
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team's agenda and minutes of meeting.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Carry external communication with partners and collaborators.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management systems (HRMS).
- Ability to work with ATS software.
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- CIPD certification is an advantage.
You will have the opportunity to pick up end-to-end recruitment responsibilities for various roles, help build processes to provide the best candidate experience, and build a network through your communication skills with various stakeholders. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
