As a Real Estate Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information about property listings.

This is a full-time on-site role that involves performing day-to-day tasks such as making outbound calls, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving set sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Providing timely and personalized support to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in telecalling and customer service, knowledge of the real estate market and property listings, and ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Additionally, you should possess proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records, a proactive attitude with excellent time management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
