Pacifica Companies, a vertically integrated real estate developer, owner, and investor, seeks an experienced RERA Manager for its operations in India.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and managing legal affairs related to real estate projects. Key responsibilities include RERA registration and compliance, project monitoring and reporting, liaison and coordination with regulatory bodies, documentation and legal services, and stakeholder communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end registration of new real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities.
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations, and compliance forms as mandated by RERA.
  • Track and update project details on the RERA portal, including timelines, milestones, and financial disclosures.
  • Act as the key liaison between the company and RERA authorities, attending hearings, responding to RERA notices, and representing the company in all RERA-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all RERA-related documents, approvals, certificates, and correspondences.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable state rules.
  • Strong legal acumen and documentation skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using RERA portals and online submission tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field and have at least three years of relevant experience in RERA compliance within a real estate or construction firm. Additional certifications in Real Estate Law, Compliance, or RERA regulations are a plus.
